SeiTai

Literally translated SeiTai means to correct or to put right. This is a Japanese style of body work. In Japanese traditional medicine the manipulation of joints without working on energetic blockages limits the efficiency of the technique. Sei Tai combines Shiatsu, Acupuncture channel theory and joint mobilisation, making it an extremely effective method.

Sei Tai can be used as a complete routine by itself taking approximately 45 minutes to complete or, it may be used in part, complimenting other techniques. With its use of point and channel theory Sei Tai is particularly well suited to practitioners of Chinese Medicine.

Seitai greatly complements Chinese Medicine and is used in conjunction with Acupuncture, massage and remedial therapies. It is great to use problems in pregnancy (Pubic Symphysis Syndrome and other pregnancy aches and pains), sports injuries, lower and upper back problems, sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome, arthritis, headaches, neck problems and much more.
